Confusion

Today's bollettino from the Vatican had an unsavoury and slightly confusing combination of words. It read, in the English language version (not appearing in the original):

The Holy Father appointed Rev. Keith Newton as first ordinary of the new Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham in the territory of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales. Rev. Newton was born in Liverpool, England in 1952 and ordained a priest in 1976 for the Anglican diocese of Chelmsford. In March 2002 he was ordained as suffragan bishop of Richborough

Something about that doesn't sound right to me. I'm sure this picture, taken at his priestly ordination, was only taken on Saturday...

The photo shows Vincent Nichols receiving the newly ordained priests' first blessing. I thought it was quite pious of him to go on his knees for God's blessing... Note the dalmatic under the chasibule! More signs of Catholicism! lol.
